Branding and web design an for innovative land real estate company
Founded in 2018, The Land Market started in Columbia, Missouri. The founders were seasoned vets in the land buying and selling industry, and they were looking for a better solution when it came to third-party websites to market their properties. Initially, The Land Market project team started their project with an out-of-state agency, but they failed to get the results they wanted and the communication process was a nightmare. Looking for a more creative design agency with more experience in development, the team ventured to St. Louis. After speaking with a few different agencies, our vision and proposed plan blew was the best of the best, and we were hired.
Our plan was simple yet innovative. The Land Market had a basic logo and an inconsistent color scheme. Our idea was to start fresh with a professional brand identity and a more targeted brand strategy.
